I founded and co-founded a couple of companies: Redington, which advises pension schemes and insurance companies; and mallowstreet, an AI-driven tech company that helps the pensions industry to know more and be better; I also co-founded the 10,000 Interns Foundation. I am on the Prime Minister’s Business Council and on the Boards of Mission 44 and Somerset House. I write about issues of the day that touch me and make me think. Mostly about how to make things better.
